The 4400 seasons are   science fiction drama written and created by René Echevarria and Scott Peters. Its theme music and opening theme “A Place in Time” has been composed by Amanda Abizaid. The show has been shot at various locations in Vancouver and British Columbia. Originally it was broadcasted on USA Network channel. The 4400 season 1 was premiered on 11^th July, 2004. In association with Sky Television, Renegade 83 and American Zoetrope for USA Network the show has been produced by CBS Paramount Network Television.

The 4400 seasons follow a group of exactly 4400 people who disappeared at various times in past in a flashing white light. That happened for the first time in 1964 and they all land up together at Highland Beach, in the Cascade Range foothills near Mount Rainier, Washington. All of them are at same age in which they were disappeared. They could not remember anything since their disappearance. They are confused and don’t know what to do. One of them has become pregnant after her disappearance. Their return has raised lots of questions to government and a division of the Department of Homeland Security, The National Threat Assessment Command (NTAC), is made in-charge to deal with this case. Tom Baldwin, Jed Garrity, Nina Jarvis, Marco Pacella, Diana Skouris are the notable characters among the Ncis agents who try to find out the secret reasons behind their disappearance and reappearance.
